SWIMMING

Swimming is great for your general well-being. It tests your physical fitness by working every muscle in your body. It can lower stress levels and improve your sleep patterns, and as the water supports your weight, it is low-impact.

This six week course will take you on a journey from non-swimmer to being able to swim 25m unaided. The course will focus on building water confidence and teach you basic strokes. If you are nervous of getting in the pool don’t worry, you’re not alone and help is at hand from our friendly instructor.

You will need to wear your swimming costume. Don’t forget a 50p coin for your locker.
