Jump-Fit is a class that involves exercising on a mini trampoline to funky music, get fit and have fun doing it!

Jump-Fit is a 45 minute dance-based fitness class that combines trampolining with cardio fitness. The cardio brings your heart rate up and burns calories, and the fun music and atmosphere unleashes the confident woman inside of you, whilst toning the muscles and getting a great workout.

    Hello. Just wondering if these classes are back up and runnnng yet? Or if there was a start date in mind so I could book on to a class?
