Jump-Fit is a class that involves exercising on a mini trampoline to funky music, get fit and have fun doing it!

Jump-Fit is a 45 minute dance-based fitness class that combines trampolining with cardio fitness. The cardio brings your heart rate up and burns calories, and the fun music and atmosphere unleashes the confident woman inside of you, whilst toning the muscles and getting a great workout.

This weekly exercise and movement class will dance your body fit.  Weekly sessions take place at Elm Court Youth and Community Centre, 363 Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, EN6 3BP.  The first class is free and the sessions aim to help people to keep active, feel energised and show that exercise can be fun.  Sessions take place on a Wednesday afternoon from 2.15-3.45pm.  For more information please contact Tracy, exercisewithtracy@gmail.com or call 07949 055958

As part of the Hertfordshire Year of Physical Activity, we have teamed up with Saracens Sport Foundation to offer a free trial at their Love to Dance class in Borehamwood on a Friday between 1000 and 1130am.  The class is a fun and friendly dance session for over 50’s and takes place at Farriers Way Community Centre, Farriers Way, Borehamwood, WD6 2TB.  For more information or to book our free place please contact Clare Bellchambers, 020 3675 7215 or email healthandwellbeing@Saracens.net

Cure Cancer are delighted to present the Annual Charity Zumbathon supporting the world renowned UCL Cancer Institute on Sunday 13 May at Shenley Chapel, WD7 9DW.

Leading this event are two well-known Zumba Instructors.  Laurel Ingram has been teaching ZUMBA for nearly nine years in the Shenley and surrounding areas. Laurel will make you feel like you have just stepped off of a Strictly set or a Night club in Rio.   Gul Kizrak has been teaching Zumba for almost 7 years and her passion shows. With over 10 classes a week in the North London and Hertfordshire area, every class still feels like a Latin party incorporating samba, salsa, reggae, meringue, belly dancing and much more.

The music will be authentic Zumba with a traditional Zumba Latin feel running through it from Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha ,Reggaton, Cumbia and many many more.   Doors will open to the public at 9.30am.    Registration to begin at 9.45am sharp.  Session to begin at 10.30 – warm up jointly with Gul Laurel and Sara. Session ends approx 12.30

There will be two 45 minute sessions with two 15 minute breaks,  water will be supplied – kindly donated by Sainsbury in Stanmore.  Also a raffle.
