Aqua Zumba (Potters Bar)

Aqua Zumba brings new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. It combines the South American Zumba rhythm and dance steps with a pool party. It offers a fun but challenging, water-based, body-toning workout. So, liven up your working week with some Latin fever. Please come swim ready, there are lockers available and limited changing for after the class.

The class costs £5

Please keep 2 meters apart from your fellow participants when arriving. If for any reason you feel unwell or have had a temperature please do not attend.
