Golden Dance Fit (Burlesque) is a one hour dance-based fitness class that combines dance and Burlesque routines with cardio fitness. The cardio brings your heart rate up and burns calories. The Burlesque style movements and songs unleash the sexy, confident woman inside of you, whilst toning the muscles and getting a great workout. Be prepared to show your best moves and learn some new ones. Please wear comfortable and supportive clothing.
Golden Dance Fit is a class that woman of all fitness levels can participate in to get the heart pumping and body confidence flowing. Golden Dance Fit is aimed at women over 50 years old.
Golden Dance Fit takes place at Maxwell Park Community Centre in Borehamwood.
