Nordic Walking is a full body-exercise based on using specially designed walking poles in a way that harnesses the power of your upper body to propel you forward as you walk. To make sure you gain the full benefits of Nordic Walking the correct technique needs to be learnt.
This course is easy on the joints and suitable for all fitness levels, ages and abilities. This course is great for beginners as the qualified instructor will teach you all you need to know about Nordic Walking.
Make sure to wear comfortable trainers and clothing but no need to worry about buying walking poles as they will be provided.
