Squashercise is a fun, female friendly, activity class for everyone based on squash and racketball fitness, movements and skills. This class is a fun and dynamic way to get fit, improve muscle tone and meet new people. This session will provide a way to burn lots of calories and a way to help boost self-confidence, self-esteem and general wellbeing in a social and supportive environment.
Come and try this opportunity to learn a new sport or brush up on old skills. All equipment will be provided, please wear comfortable and supportive clothing and bring a drink.
