Bring your baby in a pram or stroller to this amazing 1 hour class where we will interchange between body conditioning exercises and power walking. This class is postnatal specific and will help you to regain tone and strength in your body. The best part is the baby gets the best seat in the house watching you get fit! Please bring a mat or towel, a drink and wear comfortable clothing.
We meet in front of the cafe – outside the gate.
This class is for all fitness levels and abilities although you must be 6 weeks post natal for a vaginal birth or 10 weeks post natal for a c-section.
Exercise bands will be provided by the instructor, please sanitise the band before and after use. Mary will have a small supply of unused bands if you would like to purchase your own band they are £10.
