Trampolining is one of the most exhilarating sports there is. From your very first class, you can experience the thrill of leaping higher than you ever have before. These sessions will start with the basic techniques of how to use a trampoline. As you build your strength and skill, you can challenge yourself to go higher and higher.
A qualified instructor will be on hand to teach you the different acrobatic moves; these include simple jumps such as pike, tuck, or straddle position to more complex combinations of forward or backward somersaults and twists. Trampolining strengthens your bones, improves muscle mass and makes you look and feel great.
You want to be able to move freely, so wear clothes that you feel comfortable in.
