This all levels Hatha yoga session will take you through postures to help you strengthen, lengthen and improve core stability. This session is for all levels. You must bring your own mat to the session and be dressed to practice yoga.
This class is 1 hour and will include a pranyama (yoga breathing) asana (yoga postures) and sivanssana (relaxation).
Please bring you own mat and antibacterial gel to keep your hands clean during the class. If for any reason you feel unwell please do not attend.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring something to drink.
