The original and most traditional style of yoga. The class can be tailored to the needs of the group and very creative. It involves Pranayama, Asana and Sivasana. A fun class on a Wednesday evening is good for those who want to build strong core and release tight muscles. The best part is this class takes place in the beautiful Rose Garden – you can smell the roses while you practice yoga – heaven!
