An event every week that begins at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 7, 2021
This all levels Hatha yoga session will take you through postures to help you strengthen, lengthen and improve core stability. This session is for all levels. You must bring your own mat to the session and be dressed to practice yoga.
This class is 1 hour and will include a pranyama (yoga breathing) asana (yoga postures) and sivanssana (relaxation).
