Zumba (Borehamwood)

Zumba is a fitness-party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout.  Come along to our new class at Maxwell Park Community Centre on a Monday evening to burn calories and have some fun.

Think Zumba sounds good, but feeling a little nervous for your first class? Just wear comfortable trainers and clothes, there’s nothing to fear!

Zumba classes are high energy, but there’s no expectation for anyone to be good at the moves or to keep to the beat. Sazsa will run through the choreography and encourage everyone in the class to do what they can, – if you’re a step or two behind, don’t worry, that’s completely fine.

Sazsa has a therapeutic cat which will accompany her to the class and remain in a special carrier.

Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring a drink.
