Learn to Run – Borehamwood – January 2022

We are pleased to announce a new Learn to Run course is coming to Borehamwood in January.  Learn to run trains people who can’t run to be able to run 5k in just 8 weeks.  It is a course for total beginners and will teach you the key skills and techniques.  During the first week you will only need to jog for 60 seconds at a time.

The course is starting on Monday 10 January, 730-830pm meeting at Allum Hall, Allum Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3PJ.

Please come dressed in comfortable clothing, layers as you can get warm, and bring a high Viz with reflective areas.  Please do not bring any valuables as there is nowhere to leave them.
