Disco Fit is a mixture of aerobic and street dance moves.  The lights are turned down low and the volume is pumped up loud to get you in the party mood. The routines are easy-to-follow so you can relax and dance the calories away rather than worrying about getting the steps wrong.

Dance to your favourite club tracks; from the best club anthems of the 90s through to today’s chart toppers. It feels more like a night out than a workout. Wave your glow stick high in the air and wave it like you just don’t care.

The qualified instructor will tailor the class to the different needs of attendees, so women of all shapes, sizes and abilities are welcome.

In order to show your best moves and learn some new ones, it’s best you wear comfortable and supportive clothing. Neon is optional.
