It is a class that involves exercising on a mini trampoline to funky music, get fit and have fun doing it!

Jump-Fit is a 45 minute dance-based fitness class that combines trampolining with cardio fitness. The cardio brings your heart rate up and burns calories, and the fun music and atmosphere unleashes the confident woman inside of you, whilst toning the muscles and getting a great workout.

In order to show your best moves and learn some new ones, it’s best you wear comfortable and supportive clothing, also a pair of special socks are needed to be purchased from the instructor for the trampolines at £3.
