Keep on Running is perfect for those who have completed our Learn to Run courses, or for those who can run up to 4km at a slow place but are looking to push themselves to comfortably running 5km, with the support of a group environment.

This four week course will improve your confidence and help you reach your goal. This activity is perfect for you, if you are preparing for 5km races.

If you would like to attend please email, then just turn up and pay £15 for the four week course at your first session!

Be prepared to move around and remember you will be outside so it’s best to wear warm, comfortable and supportive clothing.
