This course is perfect for those who have always wanted to get running but have felt they were not fit enough, fast enough or strong enough. You will gently be introduced to running and the intensity will increase over the weeks. During the first week you will only need to jog a total of 60 seconds at one time. By the end of the course, you could be running up to 5km.
