This course is perfect for those who have always wanted to get running but have felt they were not fit enough, fast enough or strong enough. You will gently be introduced to running and the intensity will increase over the weeks. During the first week you will only need to jog a total of 60 seconds at one time. By the end of the course, you could be running up to 5km.
The next Learn to Run course is in Potters Bar (meeting in Oakmere Park) starting on Tuesday 24 March 7:45-8:45pm and will run for eight consecutive weeks until Tuesday 12 May. Learn to Run is course aimed at total beginners who want to build their running confidence in a safe and friendly environment. You’ll learn all the key skills and correct running techniques.
