Suspension Training  is a form of bodyweight exercise that helps to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The use of TRX cables means that exercises can take place inside or outside.

This 6 week Suspension Training course will build on the beginners course and continue to use the correct technique and exercises to help you tone and strengthen your body. This class will be done with the help of a friendly instructor and you’ll be taught a series of workout routines. The course will continue to build confidence with the TRX cables, and give you different ideas for training.

This course will start on Saturday 8 September  at King George Recreation Ground in Bushey. Each session will be on a Saturday morning and begin at 830am and last for one hour. The course cost is £20.
