Tennis is not only great fun but is a great way to get fit and toned all over without the pain!  There are no excuses, so get down to your local park or leisure centre to play.

A qualified instructor is on hand to help you master amazing backhand shots or perfect the basics. Tennis is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Learn to Play Tennis is a perfect introduction to tennis. The classes are aimed at beginners so no experience needed. A qualified instructor will teach you basic racquet and ball skills. You will work towards building confidence to play a game of tennis, putting to use the skills, shots and knowledge that you will learn.

You will need to wear comfortable sportswear and trainers. Racquets and balls can be provided by the coach but bring your own if you have one.

Cardio Tennis is a series of tennis-based drills and activities played on a tennis court. It does not require tennis skills, but is all about keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun. Whether the ball goes in or out is irrelevant as the main purpose is to get fit. It is a fun group activity for anyone at any playing level. Racquets and balls can be provided by the coach but bring your own if you have one.

Drop in tennis is for those looking to practice their skills or take part in game play. This session is for both men and women ideal for trying out tennis, receiving extra coaching or simply just attending to play a game. A coach will be available to offer you hints and tips to improve your tennis and you will be able to play against other people to practice what you’ve learnt.

Balls are provided by the coach but make sure to bring a racquet. You will also need to wear comfortable trainers and sportswear for this activity.
